Pre-sale renovations · Adelaide
Sell Ready SA helps Adelaide homeowners and investors work out which cosmetic improvements are worth doing before listing, which can be left alone, and coordinates the work around your campaign if it makes sense to proceed.
Recent projects
The work is only ever a means to the third number. Here is every project with all three, largest gap first.
Figures as supplied for each project. Every property, suburb and campaign is different, and these results are not a prediction of what any other property will achieve.

The walkthrough
We'll walk your property and tell you exactly what's worth doing before it goes to market, and what isn't.
We'll go through the property with you and tell you what's worth doing, what isn't, and what each part would cost.
A different way to think about it
Our first job is deciding whether the work should happen.
During your walkthrough we go through the property room by room and put every recommendation through one question: does this deserve your budget before the property goes to market?
If we think you're about to spend too much for too little benefit, we'll tell you. We're just as comfortable recommending less work as more, because the goal isn't renovation. It's making sensible decisions before you sell.
Nobody can promise what your property will sell for, and anyone who does is guessing. What you can control is whether the money you spend beforehand was spent on the right things.
In the order they matter
Preparing a property for sale usually comes down to the same three questions.
The obvious question
You can, and plenty of owners do. The better question is whether it actually saves you anything.
Because we buy both materials and labour through commercial trade accounts, organising everything yourself often comes out comparable in overall cost. The real difference is who carries the project.
Instead of sourcing trades, managing schedules and solving the problems between jobs while you're also preparing to sell, you get one plan built around your campaign.
How we work
Not every property should be renovated before it goes on the market. Sometimes the right recommendation is to leave something exactly as it is, and if we don't think the work makes sense, we'll say so.
We'd rather lose a job than recommend work we don't believe belongs in a pre-sale plan.
Why clients come back
One Adelaide landlord has already had three units prepared through Sell Ready SA, with another three currently underway.
When someone has a second property to get ready, they come back because they already know how the process works. For us, that's the clearest sign the process is doing its job.
Fit
Pre-sale work is deliberately narrow. If the shape of the job is wrong, it's better for both of us to know now.
