Recent projects
Appraised, prepared, sold. The spend only ever serves the last number.
Also recently prepared: 66 Burnlea Parade, Blakeview, appraised $510,000, $35,000 spent, sold $622,000. Return on renovation is the value added, sold minus appraisal, divided by the renovation cost. Figures as supplied for each project. Every property, suburb and campaign is different, and these results are not a prediction of what any other property will achieve.
Before and after
The same rooms, a few weeks apart.

If finding the money before you sell is what's holding you back, our Sale Funder partners offer funding commonly used by vendors to cover pre-sale preparation, repaid when the property sells. We'll walk you through how it works.
Book My Free Pre-Sale WalkthroughThe walkthrough
We'll walk your property and tell you exactly what's worth doing before it goes to market, and what isn't.
We'll go through the property with you and tell you what's worth doing, what isn't, and what each part would cost.
A different way to think about it
Our first job is deciding whether the work should happen.
During your walkthrough we go through the property room by room and put every recommendation through one question: does this deserve your budget before the property goes to market?
If we think you're about to spend too much for too little benefit, we'll tell you. We're just as comfortable recommending less work as more, because the goal isn't renovation. It's making sensible decisions before you sell.
Nobody can promise what your property will sell for, and anyone who does is guessing. What you can control is whether the money you spend beforehand was spent on the right things.
In the order they matter
Preparing a property for sale usually comes down to the same three questions.
The obvious question
You can, and plenty of owners do. The better question is whether it actually saves you anything.
Instead of sourcing trades, managing schedules and solving the problems between jobs while you're also preparing to sell, you get one plan built around your campaign.
How we work
Not every property should be renovated before it goes on the market. Sometimes the right recommendation is to leave something exactly as it is, and if we don't think the work makes sense, we'll say so.
We'd rather lose a job than recommend work we don't believe belongs in a pre-sale plan.
Fit
Whatever the property needs before it goes to market, we take care of the lot. If this sounds like you, you're exactly who we're built for.
